NABA also offers Summer Courses in Italian Culture & Lifestyle, which are designed for people of all ages and abilities who wish to explore their passion in a new creative environment while experiencing Milan, the world capitals of fashion, arts and design.

NABA Summer offer comprise introductory, intermediate, and advanced courses distributed along four summer sessions. You can combine courses to create a two, four, six or eight week session, thus making the most of your time in Milan and fully experiencing NABA’s teaching approach and values.

All Summer Programs are conducted in English.

NABA awards ECTS credits for its summer programs. If you join us for a summer course, it should be easy for you to transfer these credits to other universities and academies that use or acknowledge the ECTS system.

Upon your successful completion of each two-week summer course (45 hours of classes), NABA will issue 3 ECTS credits that are transferable at the option of your home university. If you are interested, ask for the NABA Summer School’s ECTS course syllabus.

NABA’s Housing service can help you find accommodation. You can choose among several single and shared rooms within walking distance of campus, in apartments managed by the school. NABA has agreements with real estate agencies that manage apartments in various districts of the city, as well as contacts with private landlords who rent apartments close to campus and in other areas. We have also negotiated special deals with hostels, residences, and hotels.

Please check with an Italian embassy or consulate in your country of origin to determine whether you need a visa to enter Italy.

If you do need a visa, NABA will provide you with an admission certificate (upon complete payment of your tuition fees) so that you may obtain a visa from your local Italian embassy/consolate.

Please be aware that the visa application and issuing process may take more than a month, so consider applying for your visa well in advance. It is your responsibility to apply for the visa in time.

In the event that your visa application is denied, NABA will reimburse your full tuition fee (minus the 150 EUR administrative fee) only  if you send proof of the visa rejection (that is, the official letter or email sent by the embassy/consulate denying the visa).
